Warranty Information

It is the responsibility of the student (5-in-1 Cavitation Machine owner) to register their device with The Lipo Lounge within 14 days of the completion of training. Failure to do so will invalidate the 90 Day Warranty, any and all "Warranty claims," and all related "Warranty" expenses shall become the sole responsibility of the student (5-in-1 Cavitation Machine owner). Between clients, ensure your “5-in-1” Cavitation Machine is switched off, and given a “rest” period of no less than 10 minutes, or as long as 30 minutes. This student level machine was not designed as a “high cycle” commercial-grade appliance.

The Lipo Lounge LLC warranties each “5-in-1” Cavitation Machine against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 90 days, and will at our discretion repair, or replace a defective unit at no cost to the student.

Upon the expiration of the 90-day warranty period, any “repair, or replacement actions," will become the sole financial responsibility of the student.

Shipping costs associated with sending the machine (in either direction to or from The Lipo Lounge) are the responsibility of the machine owner.

The Lipo Lounge LLC offers an optional 12-month Extended Warranty option for a fee of $49.95, which provides additional “defects in materials and workmanship” coverage (contact the Lipo Lounge LLC offices for further information). Shipping costs are the responsibility of the machine owner. To purchase the Extended Warranty Coverage, register your machine, then proceed to check out page.  Your extended warranty will begin 90 days from the receipt of your machine and will be for the duration of one year.
